The space is uncovered and offers 24/7 access. Security cameras are on-site, and a parking permit/sticker is required. Parking lot is newly paved in June 2026.
Conveniently located near Coolidge Corner and the MBTA Green Line Summit Avenue stop. Short walk to the Longwood Medical Area. BLUEbike stations are also only one block away.
The parking space will be offered to the first applicant who submits a complete application and meets all rental requirements.
