Our Management company serves residential and commercial properties from Boston to Weymouth to Dedham (the 128-South corridor). Working with us means your contribution will be appreciated. We take pride in managing our client's properties.
Jobs vary in size like: a door/window repair, disposal replacement, flooring install, light fixture repair, or an inspection. We will reach out to you with opportunities as they arise. At this time, we cannot guarantee a certain number of hours per week, but 10-20 is typical. Ideally, we grow together as long-term partners. Availability during the week before 6pm is required.
It is import that you be:

No formal resume required. Tell us what your best skills are (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, etc.), and what your availability is. Include your desired hourly rate.
Reliable vehicle. Background check required. Must be able to lift 25 pounds, get under a sink, and climb a ladder up to 10 feet. This is a 1099 position.
