Replace a ceiling light (South End)

My kitchen light lost much of its power. It needs to be replaced by a similar one I bought, which has instructions and parts. I have a ladder here in the apartment so should be an easy fix. I live in Boston's South End near Back Bay Station. Will pay $80 to an electrician
