- Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot maintenance problems.
- Repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Service pumps, valves, controls, and hydraulic equipment.
- Repair doors, walls, ceilings, floors, and cabinets.
- Install and modify building equipment.
- Keep work areas clean and safe.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and service requests.
- Recommend repairs and equipment upgrades.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least two years of commercial property experience.
- Training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical repair.
- Basic Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Strong technical and multitasking skills.
- Flexible, responsible, and able to work independently.
