Proactive and Detail-Oriented Housekeeper/Family Assistant Needed in Back Bay, Boston!
A family of four in Back Bay is looking for a Housekeeper/Family Assistant to clean, care for and keep organized their 3,000 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home. Each day begins with a kitchen cleanup and reset, followed by regular deep cleaning, including bedrooms, bathrooms (no less than weekly), dusting, and care for the home’s different floors and surfaces. The role also includes kitchen cleanup after lunch, household laundry and linens, and ironing as needed. Interested candidates should have a high attention to detail when laundering clothes, including hand washing, hang drying, and following the family’s specific preferences. Beyond cleaning, this person will help with organizing closets, pantries, and storage areas, light meal prep such as washing and chopping vegetables, and local errands on foot. The family employs a full-time nanny, and much of this role is supporting the household so she can focus fully on the children.
The ideal candidate is professional and physically energetic, with a warm, sweet disposition and a genuine happiness around kids. Schedule: 20-25 hours per week targeting across 4 days, though there is flexibility depending on what the right candidate needs. The ideal schedule would be 8am-1:30pm.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional housekeeping/family assistant experience
- Strong communicator - English speaking
- Comfortable working in a home with young children
- Organized with a high attention to detail
- Non smoker
- Clean background check

Driving/Parking: Driving not required, parking is not available. Home is commuter and T accessible (Copley Square).

Additional Information: Both parents work outside of the home most of the time, and a full-time nanny cares for the two children Monday through Friday.
