Ascent Valley is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Event Host to represent our startup networking community in Boston.
About Us
Ascent Valley organizes international startup networking events, bringing together founders, investors, entrepreneurs, AI professionals, marketers, consultants, and business leaders.
Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and help with check-in
• Introduce speakers and keep the event on schedule
• Create a friendly and professional atmosphere
• Assist attendees with questions throughout the event
• Coordinate with the Ascent Valley team before and during each event
• Take photos and short videos for social media (preferred)
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident public speaking
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Professional appearance
• Reliable and punctual
• Event hosting or public speaking experience is a plus
Compensation
• Paid per event
• Long-term cooperation
• Flexible schedule (typically 2 events per month)
