Superior Stall Service specializes in providing temporary horse stalls and stall mats for equine events throughout the Midwest. We are committed to delivering dependable, high-quality service that helps equine events run smoothly and successfully.
Our team travels throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. Overnight travel may be required, with all transportation, lodging, and meal per diem provided by the company. Workdays are typically divided between driving to event locations and hands-on setup and teardown work.

Position Overview
Superior Stall Service is seeking hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team as Stall Setup & Takedown Assistants. This position involves setting up and dismantling temporary horse stalls and stall mats at equine events throughout the Midwest.
This is a physically active position that requires lifting and moving materials weighing 50–75 pounds. When not traveling to events, employees work at our Baraboo facility performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and preparation of stalls and equipment.

Responsibilities
* Set up and dismantle temporary horse stalls and stall mats at event locations.
* Load, unload, move, and organize equipment safely and efficiently.
* Operate company vehicles and trailers as assigned.
* Follow established setup procedures to ensure quality and accuracy.
* Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule.
* Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs on stalls and equipment.
* Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
* Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
* Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50–75 pounds.
* Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor.
* Dependable attendance and punctuality.
* Reliable transportation to and from the Baraboo shop.
* Valid driver’s license required.
* Ability to travel overnight as needed.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to work varying schedules based on event demands.
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Pay & Benefits
* Starting pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule
* 25–40 hours per week
* Day shifts
* 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
