The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine is seeking volunteers for a research study, specifically individuals who enrolled in buprenorphine or methadone treatment for opioid use disorder within the past 2 to 52 weeks.
You may be eligible if you are:
- between the ages of 18-65
- currently in a methadone or buprenorphine treatment program
- interested in taking part in a six-month study
What to expect:
- a screening visit that lasts about 3 hours
- 4 overnight sleep studies in a Johns Hopkins Bayview sleep clinic
- an ambulatory training session and 7 monthly study visits
- completing daily questionnaires on a smart phone
- up to $1525 compensation
- transportation provided if needed (i.e. Lyft rides or parking passes)
- no charge for participating in the study
