**Location:** Baltimore, MD
**Compensation:** for the initial detailed cleaning. $140 for each regular cleaning after that.
I am looking for a reliable, professional, detail-oriented cleaner for a 3-bedroom, 4.5-bath rental property in Baltimore.
The **first cleaning will be a complete detailed cleaning of the property and pays* This first cleaning is important because I want the entire house brought up to a high standard before regular cleanings begin.
After the initial detailed cleaning, the rate will be **$140 per cleaning**.
This is ongoing work. Cleaning frequency will depend on bookings and occupancy. If hired, I will provide the schedule in advance whenever possible
The first cleaning must include:
**Kitchen**
* Deep clean the stove, including burners, stovetop, knobs and surrounding areas
* Thoroughly clean the microwave inside and outside
* Thoroughly clean the refrigerator inside and outside
* Clean and disinfect countertops
* Clean sink and faucet
* Wipe cabinets and cabinet fronts
* Clean kitchen appliances and surfaces
* Sweep and thoroughly mop floors
* Clean baseboards, corners and areas where dirt has accumulated
* Remove grease, stains and buildup
**Bedrooms**
* Thoroughly clean all bedrooms
* Clean and disinfect surfaces
* Dust furniture, TVs, ledges and baseboards
* Vacuum carpets and rugs
* Sweep and mop hard floors
* Clean windows and window areas
* Make beds with freshly washed and dried linens
**Bedroom Deck**
* The deck connected to the bedroom needs special attention
* Thoroughly scrub the deck floor
* Clean the railings
* Remove dirt, buildup and debris
* Sweep the entire area
* Clean around doors, corners and edges
**Windows**
* Detailed cleaning of windows
* Clean interior glass
* Clean window sills, ledges and frames
* Remove visible dirt, dust, fingerprints and buildup
**Bathrooms**
* Deep clean all bathrooms
* Scrub toilets inside and outside
* Clean showers and tubs
* Clean sinks, faucets and countertops
* Clean mirrors
* Clean bathroom floors
* Wipe down fixtures
* Replace toilet paper
* Wash, dry and properly hang clean towels
**Floors and General Areas**
* Floors need detailed attention throughout the entire house
* Vacuum carpets and rugs
* Sweep all hard floors
* Thoroughly mop and scrub floors where needed
* Clean corners and edges
* Wipe baseboards
* Dust TVs, furniture, shelves and ledges
* Wipe doors, handles, knobs and railings
* Disinfect frequently touched surfaces
* Remove cobwebs
* Take all garbage to the designated area behind the house
* Sweep outdoor areas as needed
## REGULAR CLEANINGS – $100 EACH
After the initial $100 detailed cleaning, regular cleanings will pay **$100 after each completed cleaning**.
Regular cleaning includes:
* Wash and dry used linens and towels
* Make all beds with fresh linens
* Clean and disinfect bathrooms
* Clean toilets, sinks, mirrors, showers and tubs
* Replace toilet paper
* Clean stove and microwave
* Check and clean refrigerator as needed
* Wipe kitchen counters and sink
* Sweep and mop the entire house
* Vacuum rugs, carpets and couches
* Dust TVs, furniture and ledges
* Wipe high-touch surfaces, handles and doorknobs
* Take out all garbage
* Sweep outdoor areas
* Leave the property completely clean and ready for the next guest
You must be **reliable, thorough and good at communicating**. I need someone who notices details without having to be told about the same issue repeatedly.
Please bring your own cleaning supplies unless we agree otherwise.
During the initial trial period, I will require **photos after each cleaning** so I can verify that the property is ready.
You will be given access to the property, so reliability and trustworthiness are extremely important. An agreement regarding access and care of the property may be required.
**Pay:**
First detailed cleaning: **$100**
Every regular cleaning after: **$100 per cleaning**
