ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a leading event production company specialising in creating unique and unforgettable experiences for our clients. One of our key services is the design and installation of custom graphics for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. We're currently seeking a 2-person install team (Main Installer + Install Assistant) to join us.
JOB DETAILS
SCHEDULE:
Must be able to work weekends — preferably Thursday or Friday through Sunday
Schedule adjusts week to week based on bookings
Great as a side gig to start, with real potential to grow into a full career (we'll make it happen for the right candidate)
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Work together to install and remove custom event graphics within the provided time windows
Average install: 6–8 hours inc. travel; average removal: 3–4 hours
Installs typically run from early morning through mid/late afternoon or early evening
Removals are often late the same night or early the next morning
PAY:
$55-$80 per hour per team for install and removal (average install period per event is 2-4hrs w/ 2-5 hours of travel, and removal of 1hr w/ 2-5 hours of travel)
Paid per job, 1099 basis
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1. Being good with your hands, comfortable with manual labor, and enjoying driving is a big part of this job — you will be doing a good bit of driving.
2. Two people who already work well together (existing teams encouraged to apply together)
3. Experience in a manual labor industry
4. Comfortable driving and doesn't mind time on the road
5. Physically able to work with your hands and move actively (up/down, lifting, etc.)
6. Stays sharp and effective under time pressure
7. Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated
8. At least one team member with a valid driver's license and working vehicle
9. Training will be provided for both team members
