PAYMENT
$50 — Complete Cleaning, Clearing & Moving Scope
$30 — Complete Hallway Peel-and-Stick Tile Removal
$80 — Complete Mudroom & Front Hallway Painting Scope
TOTAL: $160 upon successful completion of all three scopes
These are flat-rate completion amounts, not hourly wages/rates. Each separate portion must be completed according to this written scope to receive the corresponding payment.
NO PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR PARTIAL WORK WITHIN A SCOPE.

REQUIRED BEFORE ARRIVAL
DO NOT COME TO THE PROPERTY UNTIL YOU HAVE SENT THE REQUIRED INFORMATION AND RECEIVED CONFIRMATION.
Before being approved for the job, each worker must text:
1. Full legal name.
2. Clear picture of valid government-issued photo ID.
3. Confirmation that the person arriving is the person shown on the ID.
4. Confirmation that they understand identification/background screening may be required and consent to the screening required for this job.
5. Confirmation that they can safely lift and move 40+ pounds.
6. Confirmation that they know how to remove peel-and-stick floor tile.
7. Confirmation that they have prior interior painting experience, including walls, ceilings, trim, cutting-in, masking and protecting surrounding property.
8. Confirmation that they have the required clothing/protective equipment listed below.
9. Confirmation that they have a working cell phone, charging cord and charger.
10. Confirmation that they have read the entire scope of work.
11. Confirmation that they understand the payment amounts are flat-rate completion amounts and that there is no partial payment for partially completing an individual scope.

Worker should text:

I can safely perform the moving requirements, including lifting 40+ pounds as appropriate. I know how to remove peel-and-stick floor tile. I have prior interior painting experience, including walls, ceilings, trim, cutting-in, masking and protecting surrounding property. I have the required work clothing/protective equipment and a working cell phone, charging cord and charger. I understand that this is a completion-based job and that there is no partial payment for partially completing an individual scope.

WORKER MUST BRING
Each worker must arrive with:
* Work gloves
* Mask/appropriate respiratory protection
* Closed-toe work shoes
* Appropriate work clothing
* Working cell phone
* Cell-phone charging cord
* Cell-phone charger
The phone must remain sufficiently charged to communicate during the assignment and to take/send the required completion pictures and videos.

BASIC TOOLS WILL BE SUPPLIED
The following basic tools will be supplied at the property:
* Utility knife and replacement blades
* Hammer
* Pliers
Other cleaning, flooring-removal and painting supplies available at the property should be confirmed before work begins.
Worker must immediately advise if an additional tool or supply is reasonably necessary to safely and properly complete the assigned work.

A. $50 — COMPLETE CLEAN, CLEAR & MOVE
The $50 is for completion of this entire cleaning, clearing and moving scope.
Kitchen
The purpose is to completely clear the kitchen work surfaces so construction workers can work without belongings or clutter in their way.
Worker shall:
* Remove everything from kitchen counters that does not belong there or would interfere with workers.
* Relocate items being kept to the designated location.
* Dispose of actual trash.
* Completely wipe and clean countertops.
* Completely empty the kitchen sink.
* Remove debris and items from the sink.
* Scrub and clean the sink basin.
* Clean around the drain and faucet.
* Rinse and wipe the sink.
* Leave countertops clear, clean and ready for construction work.
* Nothing should remain unnecessarily in the workers’ way.
Bathroom
Completely clean:
* Toilet bowl
* Toilet seat and lid
* Exterior of toilet
* Around toilet base
* Tub
* Sink
* Faucet
* Accessible surrounding surfaces
* Remove loose trash and debris.
Mudroom
* Remove everything designated for relocation from the mudroom.
* Move saved items into Room 200C.
* Remove trash and debris.
* Do not leave belongings sitting in the hallway.
* Leave the mudroom sufficiently cleared for the construction/painting crew to perform its work.
Bedroom 208
* Remove everything designated for relocation from Room 208.
* Move those items into Room 200C.
* Do not leave contents in the hallway or doorway.
Room 200B
* Move everything designated for relocation from Room 200B into Room 200C.
* Items must actually be placed inside Room 200C.
* Nothing may be left blocking the hallway or doorway.
Hallways
* Remove all loose belongings/items designated for relocation.
* Move saved items into Room 200C.
* Remove actual trash.
* Do not leave bags, furniture, boxes or miscellaneous belongings in the hallway.
* Keep the hallway clear so contractors can work and people can safely pass.
Trash & Debris
* Bag all designated project trash and debris.
* Remove filled bags from the interior.
* Take designated trash/debris to the designated curb location as instructed, provided placement there is lawful/permitted for collection.
* Do not leave filled trash bags or construction debris inside the property.
$50 PAYMENT STANDARD
The $50 cleaning/moving payment is earned upon satisfactory completion of the entire Section A scope.

B. $30 — REMOVE ALL DESIGNATED HALLWAY PEEL-AND-STICK TILE
This is a separate $30 complete-removal assignment.
Worker must know how to properly remove peel-and-stick flooring.
Worker shall:
* Pull up and remove ALL designated existing peel-and-stick floor tile in the hallway.
* Do not leave random tiles or sections of designated old tile behind.
* Carefully lift/scrape tiles.
* Remove loose and broken tile pieces.
* Scrape obvious loose or raised material and residue remaining from removal as reasonably necessary.
* Do not unnecessarily damage the underlying floor/subfloor.
* Sweep/vacuum the exposed floor after removal.
* Bag removed tile and associated debris.
* Do not overload bags so they tear or become unsafe to carry.
* Remove tile/debris bags from the interior.
* Take designated debris to the instructed curb location where lawful/permitted.
* Leave the hallway completely cleared of the designated old tile and ready for the flooring contractor’s final substrate preparation.
$30 PAYMENT STANDARD
The $30 is for complete removal of all designated hallway tile and associated cleanup. It is not $30 merely for arriving or beginning removal.

C. $80 — MUDROOM & FRONT HALLWAY PAINTING
This is a separate $80 flat-rate completion assignment.

The $80 includes labor to properly prepare, protect surrounding property, and paint the designated walls, ceilings and trim in the mudroom and front hallway.

PAINTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Worker must have prior interior painting experience and be capable of producing a clean, professional finish on walls, ceilings and trim.
Do not accept the painting portion if you do not have experience with:
* Rolling walls
* Rolling ceilings
* Painting trim/baseboards
* Cutting-in edges
* Masking finished surfaces
* Using painter’s tape properly
* Using drop cloths
* Protecting furniture and belongings
* Preventing paint splatter and overspray
* Cleaning up after painting

DROP CLOTHS & PROTECTION ARE MANDATORY
DO NOT BEGIN PAINTING UNTIL THE AREA HAS BEEN PROTECTED.
Worker must:
* Use drop cloths to protect flooring.
* Use plastic or other appropriate coverings where necessary.
* Move or completely cover furniture and belongings that could be exposed to paint.
* Tape/mask around mirrors before painting.
* Tape/mask fixtures, hardware, switches, outlets and other surfaces as appropriate.
* Protect doors and door hardware.
* Protect cabinets.
* Protect appliances.
* Protect countertops.
* Protect flooring.
* Protect furniture.
* Protect personal belongings.
* Protect fixtures and other finished surfaces.
* Never place an open paint container directly on unprotected flooring, furniture, countertops or belongings.
DO NOT PAINT OVER mirrors, hardware, switches, outlets, fixtures or other surfaces that are not intended to be painted.

PAINTING PREPARATION
Before applying paint:
* Remove loose dirt and debris from surfaces.
* Remove or address loose/flaking material as reasonably necessary.
* Prepare the designated surfaces sufficiently to accept paint.
* Protect all surrounding property.
* Apply painter’s tape/masking where necessary.
* Put drop cloths in place before opening or applying paint.

PAINTING REQUIREMENTS
Paint the designated mudroom and front hallway, including:
* Walls
* Ceilings
* Trim/baseboards
Apply the white paint evenly and provide sufficient coverage to leave a clean and reasonably uniform finished appearance.
Finished work should not have obvious:
* Missed areas
* Unpainted patches
* Runs
* Drips
* Excessive roller marks
* Heavy brush marks
* Sloppy cut-in lines
* Paint on surfaces that were not supposed to be painted
Edges around ceilings, trim, doors, mirrors and other finished surfaces must have a neat appearance.

ABSOLUTELY PROTECT FURNITURE & BELONGINGS
Paint must not be allowed to get on:
* Furniture
* Personal belongings
* Flooring
* Appliances
* Mirrors
* Countertops
* Cabinets
* Fixtures
* Doors/hardware not being painted
* Other surfaces not designated for painting
Any accidental drip or splatter must be addressed promptly using an appropriate cleaning method that does not damage the underlying surface.
Failure to use reasonable masking, drop-cloth or protective measures that results in paint damage to furniture, belongings, flooring, fixtures or other property means the painting scope has not been satisfactorily completed for purposes of the $80 completion payment.

PAINTING CLEANUP
Upon completion:
* Carefully remove painter’s tape/masking.
* Remove drop cloths and protective coverings.
* Close and properly store remaining paint.
* Remove painting trash and debris.
* Clean ordinary drips or splatter created during the work.
* Return moved items as directed.
* Leave the mudroom and front hallway clean.
* Do not leave brushes, rollers, tape, trash, paint cans or other materials obstructing walkways.

PHYSICAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Worker must:
* Be physically capable of performing the accepted cleaning, moving, tile-removal and/or painting work.
* Be able to safely lift and move 40+ pounds when appropriate.
* Use another person for objects that reasonably require a two-person lift.
* Be capable of bending, carrying, cleaning, scraping, bagging debris and moving items between rooms.
* Use gloves when handling tile/construction debris.
* Wear closed-toe shoes.
* Use appropriate respiratory protection when conditions require it.
* Use tools safely.
* Use an appropriate ladder/step stool when necessary for ceilings and high areas.
* Never stand on furniture, counters, appliances, buckets or other unsafe objects to reach painting areas.
* Never attempt an unsafe lift or task merely to complete the assignment.

REQUIRED COMPLETION PICTURES & VIDEO
Pictures and videos are part of the completed assignment.
Before leaving, send clear completion pictures/video showing:
* Kitchen counters completely cleared and cleaned
* Kitchen sink emptied and cleaned
* Bathroom toilet
* Bathroom tub
* Bathroom sink
* Cleared mudroom
* Room 208 after designated contents are removed
* Room 200B after designated contents are removed
* Cleared hallways
* Room 200C showing relocated belongings
* Entire hallway showing all designated peel-and-stick tile removed
* Removed/bagged debris as applicable
* Trash/debris removed from the interior
* Completed mudroom walls
* Completed mudroom ceiling
* Completed mudroom trim/baseboards
* Completed front hallway walls
* Completed front hallway ceiling
* Completed front hallway trim/baseboards
* Mirrors/fixtures/furniture/floors showing they were left clean and protected
* Final overall condition of the work areas
Pictures/videos must be clear enough to verify that the applicable scope was actually completed.

PAYMENT & COMPLETION RULES
$50 — Cleaning, Clearing & Moving
Payable upon satisfactory completion of the entire Section A cleaning/moving scope.
$30 — Hallway Tile Removal
Payable upon satisfactory completion of the entire Section B designated hallway peel-and-stick tile removal and associated cleanup.
$80 — Painting
Payable upon satisfactory completion of the entire Section C mudroom/front-hallway painting scope, including preparation, walls, ceilings, trim, protection and cleanup.
TOTAL FOR ALL THREE COMPLETED SCOPES: $160
Each amount is a flat-rate completion amount, not an hourly rate and not payment merely for arriving or beginning the assignment.
There is pre walk through . If a worker encounters an unexpected condition that prevents completion, the worker must communicate the problem before continuing or leaving rather than abandoning part of the assignment without notice.
Do not accept an individual scope unless you have read it, understand what must be completed, have the necessary experience, and are prepared to perform the work safely and completely.
