I am looking for someone to take the master bedroom at my house in Atascadero. Rent is 850 with water and trash included! It is the perfect location to walk downtown, but located on a hill, so the house stays private and quiet. There is a fenced in yard and a cute porch that I never use. There are large, beautiful oak trees in the yard that give plenty of shade. The master room will be freshly painted white (or your preferred color) and the room gets plenty of natural light with two large windows, and a good sized closet. Dark hardwood floors. Washer and dryer as well!

have one small cat and some house and yard plants- I am only at the house 50% of the time due to work and going to see family (I work in San Luis Obispo). I do not have any parties or people over in general and am always baking goodies in the kitchen for everyone in the neighborhood to enjoy. If you are looking for a place I would love to meet.
