This is an inflatable sleeping pad typically used for camping and backpacking. The "LW" designation means long/wide (compared to the standard model). Inflated, the dimensions are about 78 in. long x 25 in. wide x 2.8 in. thick. It weighs about 22 ounces. This particular model is no longer in production.
I've had this mat for roughly 13 years or so, and it's been used a total of maybe 30–40 nights on the trail; no use in the field for the past 8–10 years. It has never leaked; the valves are not damaged or distorted; there are no tears, scuffs, or damage; and there are only minor water stains on the bottom. I'd say overall condition is good/excellent. This is a much quieter pad to sleep on than some models that sound like potato-chip bags when you shift your weight on them. There are separate inflation and deflation valves.
Note that the current versions of this pad that Exped is calling the Synmat 7 are very different from this older one. Mine is rectangular in shape, is yellow on top and gray on the bottom, and has minimal insulation. It weighs about 18 ounces, plus another ounce or so for the patch kit and stuff sack. The mat did not have an "R" rating when it was sold, but it's suitable for "three-season"/all-around use (i.e. not for temperatures that are around freezing or below).
The current version (SynMat XP 7 LW) is insulated, has an "R" rating of 4.9, is orange on top, and weighs 30 ounces. It's really more of a cold-season pad.

I now have both a lighter pad i use in warmer weather, and an insulated pad i use in winter, so i'm finding i'm not using my trusty "7" much any more. It's a nice, comfortable pad, and, for me, it's been reliable. It has been stored loosely rolled/folded in a non-smoking environment.
If you can find these used, they're selling for $90–100. I'm asking $50. Stuff sack included.
