Ongoing Garden Care & Maintenance
I offer flat monthly maintenance for a limited number of properties.
This is more than basic mow-and-blow service. I pay attention to the entire garden, including:
* Plant health
* Irrigation needs
* Weeds and cleanup
* Artistic and selective pruning
* Seasonal needs
* Pest or disease issues
* Overall appearance and development of the landscape
Additional projects or work beyond the regular maintenance scope are priced separately.
I’m intentionally keeping my maintenance route small so I can give each property the attention it deserves. Only 8 maintenance spots available.
