Looking for someone to repair a metal double hung replacement window.

The internal track's balance spring or internal mechanism has failed, so the sash won't stay open and slides back down.

It's a tall window with black sashes set in a wood frame, and it may need new balances or springs.

Window size is approximately 3' x 6".
