What's involved:
Meet the homeowner on-site — they'll walk you through the property and work areas
We'll be live with you on video the whole time — you're on-site, we're asking questions and directing what to capture
Take clear photos/video of the relevant areas (kitchen, bath, paint, etc.), plus any measurements or details we ask for
In and out — usually 20-30 minutes.
Pay: $50 Venmo/Cashapp.
You'll need:
Reliable transportation, be located 10-15 mins from Arlington, MA
Smartphone with a good camera, able to video call while walking the property
Comfortable being directed live by phone with a homeowner present
