Clearly the "available housing" ads have been compromised :/ Scammer must be using AI to post literally every hour with similar sketchy links and fees to apply. I won't be falling for that slop so here I am.

I'm 38, male, single, no kids, no ex wives, no duis, no jail time, no drama. I am seeking solitude. I work full time and want a place to relax alone. Not looking for a shared house or room. Solo act. Hoping to find something with a little outdoor or garage space but I'll take what I can get I suppose. I do ride a motorcycle but I'm not an idiot with it and I try to be considerate of neighbors etc. Looking to be a great tenant!
I cannot offer a ton for monthly rent, 2k is out of my range. Not expecting to find something at $500, but the lower the better ha! I am familiar with handyman basics, tool adept, and I can offer to contribute to property improvement/management etc.
