Looking for reliable person to help with ongoing renovation project on a 1880’s Victorian house in downtown MD.
I mostly work by myself but I’m looking for an another set of hands as things are picking up.
This is a part time possition. 2-3 days per week to start. Will likely increase as project goes on.
I have already started demolition and will soon start framing/structural work.
The ideal candidate is someone with some basic construction experience or enthusiasm to learn. Interest in restoration/carpentry ideal. Reliability is most important.
Work day is 08:00 - 16:00 (30 min lunch)
$25/hr
