Well established Southern California based commercial general contractor looking for a qualified Project Superintendent to support our Orange County/LA office. Candidate must possess a minimum of ten years in the commercial construction industry and have significant experience with building renovation, site work/civil, as well as commercial office tenant improvements. Specifically, we want a candidate with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and superior organizational skills. Applicant must be detail oriented, a self-starter, have exceptional verbal & written communication skills, strong managerial & supervisory skills, the ability to oversee subcontractors & foremen, possess the ability to create, maintain & update construction CPM schedules in Microsoft Project, have experience with Procore CM software, be OSHA 30 certified and have current CPR training.
