Well established Southern California based commercial general contractor looking for a qualified Assistant Project Superintendent / Laborer to support our Orange County/LA office. Candidate must possess a minimum of five years in the construction industry. Specifically we want a hands-on candidate with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and superior organization skills. Applicant must be detail oriented, a self-starter, have exceptional verbal & written communication skills and the ability to read a set of blueprints. OSHA 30 certification and/or theme park experience, a plus. Please include a detailed completed project list with resume.
