Hiring super cheap demo and trash out crew! Welp, we significantly overpaid for a house just now and to get this thing remodeled we have many steps to go. Home in AMELIA OH
One of which is looking for a dirt-cheap demo crew to demo the nasty drywall inside a house along with every other fixture and component as cheaply as humanly possible including debris outside as well!
It is moldy and nasty but if you have the right tools and system to knock this thing out fast and cheap, this would be a perfect one for you to bring four or five people and knock this thing out!
Normally we are able to pay a fair price for quality Labor, but in this case, we are totally screwed so we have to pinch every penny we can everywhere! If you are fast and efficient with the right people this is 2.5- 3days at most!
Being point blank, we overpaid by $80,000 here which is absolute insanity, our inspector failed us miserably, and now we have to get this house and start all over to the point that we have less than zero budget here which is truly shocking for us!
If you have the trucks in the trailers too gut this thing and get rid of a ton of interior and exterior debris.... This would be the project for you!
And if it is the project for you, well we have many more after that in the future that are just normal debris without having to gut moldy drywall that pay very decent Fair amount!
After this mess of a project, We absolutely need 1 more demo Crew to keep busy and we would give you a ton of work to make up for this nightmare we are upside down on!
