I am selling my father in law's 2023 Forester Sport with low miles (about 23,000), it has a clean title, no lien, owned by one person.

The vehicle drives great but he backed into a pole about a year ago and did not file an insurance claim. There is driver-side body damage (front quarter panel, both doors, rear quarter panel, bumper), a check engine light (for the active grill shutter system), and ADAS/blind spot system is disabled.
