We are hiring experienced CDL-A Solo and Team Drivers for OTR reefer and dry van dedicated lanes, including regular freight to California and back.

💵 PAY OPTIONS
🟦 1099 — REEFER
Solo: $0.80 CPM
Team: $1.00 CPM
🟧 1099 — DRY VAN
Solo: $0.70 CPM
Team: $0.90 CPM
🟩 W-2 — REEFER
Solo: $0.65 CPM
Team: $0.80 CPM
🟨 W-2 — DRY VAN
Solo: $0.60 CPM
Team: $0.75 CPM
🛣 MILES & FREIGHT
Solo: Up to 3,500 miles per week
Teams: Up to 7,500 miles per week

Regular runs to California and back

Paid at $250 per week
💵 ADDITIONAL PAY
Up to $350 additional pay if running less than 430 miles per day under qualifying conditions
💰 $250 per week for a qualifying 34-hour reset
💰 $150 layover pay
⏱️ $20/hour detention pay after 3 hours — up to $150 per day
🛑 $50 per extra stop
🏆 DOT INSPECTION BONUSES
Level 1: $750
Level 2: $500
Level 3: $300
🤝 DRIVER REFERRAL BONUS
$1,000 for every qualified CDL-A driver you refer!
