I currently work full-time at Pepperdine University and am looking to relocate closer to work and the surrounding area. I’m respectful, reliable, clean, financially responsible, and a non-smoker. I’m outgoing and people-friendly and enjoy having a good relationship with the people I live with, while also being laid-back and considerate of privacy and shared spaces. I can provide references from previous landlords or roommates.
Outside of work, I’m finishing prerequisites for nursing school and lead a pretty active lifestyle. I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, swimming, bodyboarding, snowboarding, and generally being outdoors. I also attend church and volunteer in the community, and I place a high value on faith, respect, communication, and being a good neighbor/roommate.
I’m very willing to contribute around the house beyond simply paying rent. I’m handy with DIY projects, property upkeep, moving furniture, cleaning, organizing, and other household projects. I actually enjoy cleaning (I used to work as a night custodian, so I know what I’m doing!) and I'm the type who likes keeping a home looking nice. I also may go a little overboard decorating for the holidays.
I’m debt-free, financially stable, and have savings, so paying rent consistently and on time will not be an issue. I’m happy to provide proof of income/employment, references, and additional information to a serious potential landlord or roommate.
Ideally, I’m looking for a comfortable, respectful household where everyone communicates well and can feel at home.
