Clean, quiet female working professional seeking either a 1br or studio apartment in the western Massachusetts area. I'm a non-smoker, and I currently don't have any pets -- ideally, I would like to find a residence in a rural location near nature and/or farmland, but would consider other locations as well.
I've been living in the same apartment residence for the past several years, but need to relocate due to a job change. I would be looking to move by approximately mid-September, but this timeframe could be flexible. I would be looking for an apartment with a max rent of about $1100/month if utilities are included, and about $800/month if utilities are separate.
