Hi! I am a working mother looking for a safe, clean and affordable apartment for myself and my 2 children.
I work full-time from home in the insurance industry and have steady employment and income. I am looking for a landlord who may be willing to give a hardworking family an opportunity to make their property our long-term home.
Ideally, I am looking for a 2-3 bedroom apartment in Suffolk County at a reasonable monthly rent, taking a chance just to see if I can find anything under $1,800 it might be difficult but I am open to different areas and to apartments in private homes, accessory apartments, or other appropriate long-term rentals.
We are a quiet family of 3 and I am looking for a peaceful, stable place where we can settle in and call home. I am respectful of the property I live in and would like to find a landlord who values good communication and a dependable long-term tenant.
