SUPERINTENDENT POSITIONS
Full and part-time Superintendent positions available in apartment and condominium communities located in Linden and Woodbridge.
Seeking responsible, reliable, hands-on individuals with good communication skills and experience with:
• Minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs
• General building and grounds maintenance
• Janitorial duties and common-area upkeep
• Emergency/on-call response
• Vacant apartment preparation and leasing assistance
• Basic computer and smartphone use
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Compensation is based on experience and position
