You will assist with key duplication, programming auto keys, and basic locksmithing laying the foundation for a rewarding career in locksmithing. Our retail store in the Woburn Village is open 9:00AM-9:00PM Mon - Sat, Sundays 11:00AM-7:00PM, and our Locksmith service on the road is 24/7!

Duties

Assist with key cutting and duplication using specialized hand tools and machinery.
Greet customers and cater to their needs for needs for keys, engraving and basic retail.
Answer the phone and Dispatch lock jobs to our locksmiths on the road.
Qualifications

Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in locksmithing or electrical systems preferred..
Familiarity with hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, and power tools is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward assisting clients and team members.
Prior experience in service technician roles or construction or auto mechanics is a plus but not required; training will be provided for all technical skills needed.
