20ft container with 1 roll door for entry at end and a 12ft wide by 20ft long parking stall for a vehicle or trailer only. No storage in parking stall (Unless covered with a BLACK garage tent) - $375/Mo. for 160 sqft unit and 240 sqft parking stall.
Our containers are for STORAGE ONLY. No work is allowed to be done in containers or parking stalls.
Container is water tight and level.
Park your car, work truck, boat, trailer, motorcycle, IN YOUR 12'X20' PARKING STALL & store all your tools, building materials, garage boxes. All locked in the container.
Yard is partially lit at night and accessible 24/7/365. There is no power or water available.
