Everything works as it should, and the interior is clean and in good condition.
This is a nice, manageable-size camper (approx 20 ft)with a rear dinette, sofa, kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower, and front queen sleeping area.
Condition & Features:
- All appliances and systems are functional
- Refrigerator, furnace, A/C, water heater, stove/oven, plumbing, and electrical all work
- Tires are in good condition with approximately 500 miles on them
- Battery included
- Two propane tanks included
- No known leaks or water damage
- Clean interior with no stains, tears, or odors
- No known smoking or pets
Known Issues:
The camper has cosmetic hail damage to the aluminum siding on one side, the rear, and the roof. The awning fabric also needs to be replaced; the awning mechanism itself is functional.
I've tried to price it fairly considering the cosmetic hail damage and awning fabric.
$7,500 OBO.
