Bella Tuscany Italian Restaurant in Windermere, FL is hiring an experienced, dependable pizza maker to join our kitchen team.
THIS POSITION IS FOR EXPERIENCED PIZZA MAKERS ONLY.
We are looking for someone who can step into a busy restaurant kitchen and produce consistent, high-quality, hand-tossed New York-style pizzas.
Qualifications:
Proven experience making hand-tossed New York-style pizza.
Must be able to stretch and toss dough by hand, starting from a dough ball.
Experience working with commercial pizza ovens.
Ability to maintain consistent pizza size, thickness, toppings, and finished quality.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Dependable, organized, clean, and able to work as part of a kitchen team.
Evening and weekend availability.
IMPORTANT: HANDS-ON SKILL TEST REQUIRED
Qualified candidates will be asked to demonstrate their pizza-making skills during the interview, including preparing a hand-tossed pizza from a dough ball.
