It is very sturdy, clean overall, and has plenty of life left, but shows normal family use over the years:
Some cosmetic wear and spot stains consistent with age (microfiber cleans up well with standard upholstery cleaner or steam cleaning).
One cushion has some sag and softness compared to the others, but frame and support remain solid.
Comes with the matching ottoman included.
Non smoking, no pets in home.
Pickup Requirements: Must be picked up in person on Sunday, November 8, 2026.
Moving/Loading: Please bring a suitable vehicle and at least two capable people to lift and load. The sectional separates into 2 pieces for transport. I cannot help you move this.
Payment: Cash upon pickup. $150/O.B.O
