We are seeking an experienced, reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, self-directed, and able to complete work orders quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Complete resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Perform unit turns and make-ready work between residents
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections
- Respond to on-call/emergency maintenance issues as needed
**Required Skills:**
- Drywall repair and painting
- Basic plumbing (leaks, fixtures, clogs, water heaters)
- Basic electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
- HVAC troubleshooting and basic repair
**Qualifications:**
- Prior apartment/multifamily maintenance experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license (if applicable)
- HVAC/EPA certification a plus
