Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently hiring a skilled carpenter for Lancaster, TX.
Monday-Friday from 7 am until finished.
Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
* Fabricate and assemble wooden structures, frameworks, and fixtures per design plans.
* Perform masonry work as needed, including bricklaying and stonework.
* Restore damaged structures, focusing on water damage restoration and ensuring structural integrity.
* Install windows, doors, and other building components with precision.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople on the construction site to meet project timelines.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Experience:
* Must have their own tools and proper PPE.
* Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
* Familiarity with masonry techniques is preferred.
* Knowledge of construction site safety practices and regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
