Family Looking for a Long-Term Home to Rent
My family and I are currently looking for a home to rent and are hoping to find a place where we can settle in for the long term. We would ideally love a home with some land or a more rural setting, but we are open to different locations and situations, including properties with a workshop, garage, or additional space.
We are currently paying around $2,500 per month in rent and are looking for a well-maintained home that we can take pride in and care for as our own. If a rent-to-own or lease-purchase option is available with the right property, we would certainly be interested in discussing it.
We own a furniture business specializing in high-end furniture, antiques, imported pieces, custom furniture, and professional refinishing. We can provide bank statements, references, and other documentation as needed.
I also have 15+ years of professional experience in painting, remodeling, restoration, and concrete coatings, and previously owned and operated a residential and commercial painting company.
Because of my experience, I may also be able to help with painting, repairs, refinishing, remodeling, or updating a property in exchange for reduced move-in costs, rent credits, or other mutually agreed-upon arrangements.
We are a quiet, responsible, family-oriented, smoke- and drug-free household and are looking for a place we can stay for years.
