2005 Audi S4 convertible. 4.2l V8. Needs some TLC. Been sitting for a few years, see below for issues.

-interior ok, some wear to drivers and rear seats(see pic)
-damage to front bumper from towing(see pic)
-power top In-Op, goes halfway up or down, then must finish manually
-starts and drives, but goes into limp mode.
