We have 2 well permits pulled - 276 and 277 locations have been doused and checked by the driller.
1 has a catch pond - I believe -(277) - the pond is always wet? Even after 5 years of drought? I believe that there is a seep or spring there? But It needs to be drug out and it will have water and serve as a catch pond for one of the wells.
There are several nice building sites. call us for more information and or to go down and see it?
We Prefer for them to be sold as One. but we will possibly about selling as singles?
