This book is a fairly concise description (193 pages) of Grant's battles during the Civil War. It is written at an eighth grade level and is illustrated. The book is a hardback edition that comes with a dust jacket.
Overall, the book is clean with little wear. Its only flaw on the binding of the rear board. The damage occurred during the book's assembly, not from being mistreated. I would describe this book as being in very good condition.
