The AltiMAX Arctic 12 is General Tire’s dedicated severe-winter tire for passenger cars and crossovers. Its directional tread, winter compound and extensive siping are designed to provide strong traction and braking on snow, ice and wet winter roads. The tire is also molded to accept studs for additional ice traction and carries the 3-Peak Mountain Snowflake severe-snow rating.
