We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator I to join our manufacturing team. This position operates a variety of manufacturing equipment under supervision while ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Operate assigned manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
Meet daily production goals and schedules.
Monitor product quality and ensure products meet specifications.
Report quality concerns, equipment malfunctions, and production downtime to the Machine Group Leader promptly.
Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and proper PPE requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist team members and other departments as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
Familiarity with component identification and IPC-A-610 standards.
Ability to follow detailed written instructions and use hand tools.
Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn and operate various machines as directed.
