These three are "WIND SIGN II" by Plasticade. Cost about $150 each new.
Good condition. They can be filled partially with an antifreeze or sand. They will tilt back and roll around. Everything is with each sign. There are two tool free screws for each and the plug to close them after filling.
They have heavy spring bases that will allow the sign to move if the wind is really heavy.
