GOLD STAR PREMIUM ROOFING IS HIRING UP TO 3 EXPERIENCED ROOFING CANVASSERS
We are expanding into fresh, mapped hail-damaged neighborhoods throughout the Denver Metro area and Colorado Front Range. This opening is for experienced canvassers who know how to knock confidently, have honest conversations with homeowners, qualify real opportunities, and set inspection appointments that actually hold.
PAY - CLEAR, SIMPLE AND UNCAPPED
- $100 for every qualified appointment that results in a completed property inspection
- $300 additional bonus for every job that signs with Gold Star Premium Roofing and receives insurance-carrier approval
- $4,500 milestone bonus after your first 10 signed, carrier-approved jobs
- Paid weekly
- Your inspection pay is not held until a roof sells
- No cap on earnings
FIRST 10 APPROVED JOBS = AT LEAST $8,500
The 10 completed inspections that become approved jobs generate:
- $1,000 in inspection pay
- $3,000 in approved-job bonuses
- $4,500 milestone bonus
- Plus $100 for every other qualified inspection you set that is completed, whether it becomes a job or not
WHAT COUNTS AS A QUALIFIED COMPLETED INSPECTION
- The homeowner or property owner agrees to a free inspection
- The correct name, phone number, property address and appointment time are recorded
- The appointment is confirmed
- A Gold Star inspector completes the property inspection
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Knock doors in assigned storm-affected residential neighborhoods
- Professionally explain our free roof and exterior inspection
- Set accurate appointments and confirm them with the homeowner
- Enter clean lead information using your smartphone
- Communicate with our inspection team so every appointment is handled correctly
You do not need to climb roofs, write estimates, close contracts or manage construction. Our experienced inspectors and project team take it from there.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior door-to-door canvassing experience is required
- Roofing, storm-restoration or home-improvement canvassing experience is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to set appointments that show
- Reliable personal transportation: you must at minimum be able to get yourself to and from our Wheat Ridge office. Preference is given to applicants who can drive directly to assigned field territories.

- Comfortable walking and working outdoors
- Dependable, self-motivated and able to follow assigned routes
SCHEDULE
Flexible full-time or part-time availability. The best homeowner-contact hours are afternoons, evenings and Saturdays, so availability during those times is important.
