-MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
-own transportation to jobs
-all gear and tools to complete job
-knowledge/ability with rigging and roping
-experience working with/around hazards
-open availability
-ability to communicate schedule
-ability to work with an experienced crew
-Contractor 1099 position
