Mostly like-new condition, with the exception of a small bracket on the left side of the headband. This does not affect the wearability or function of the headphones at all. The planar drivers have a very pleasant neutral sound, and it gets plenty loud on the go with the THX AAA amplifier.

Works with both wired and Bluetooth connectivity. Via bluetooth, there's a custom app that allows you to modify the eq which makes a huge difference in sound quality.
