What We're Looking For
We want someone who takes ownership of their machine and work area. You should be comfortable running production without needing constant supervision, catching problems before they become wasted material, and making sure parts coming off the CNC are accurate and ready for the next stage of production.
If you also know how to program CNC equipment, modify toolpaths, or work with CAD/CAM software, there is an opportunity to take on additional responsibility as you grow with the company.
Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
