The original retail box was still securely banded and in good condition, but I carefully opened it just to verify that the shower pan is fully intact, uncracked, and ready for installation. Please note that FlexStone does not include the drain assembly from the factory (requires a standard 2-inch compression drain).

Note: There is a minor cosmetic scuff on the outer nailing flange (see last photo). This gets covered by your wall panels during installation and does not affect the visible basin or waterproofing in any way. I strongly encourage you to thoroughly inspect the product at pickup to ensure it fully meets your expectations.
