Echo PB-261L backpack blower, 25.4cc 2-stroke, Kioritz engine. Runs strong and smooth once going — no bogging, no leaks, good power. Right now I cannot get it to start and I think it’s just flooded but I’m frustrated and just want to move on. Should be a quick fix for anyone who knows small engines.
