Private home looking for a reliable person to help maintain the backyard and outdoor areas.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10 hours per week.
Pay: $30/hour.
Responsibilities:
• Trim hedges and keep plants clear of pathways and stairs
• Weed planters and clear leaves and debris
• Clean the outdoor BBQ counter each visit
• Pressure wash the patio, driveway and front entry on a rotating schedule
• Check irrigation for leaks or watering issues
• Clean exterior windows, skylights, outdoor glass and railings
• Help with trash bins
Requirements:
• Experience with gardening, landscaping and a pressure washer
• Experience cleaning windows and skylights using appropriate access and safety equipment
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Having your own tools is a plus; tools can be provided as needed
