Performs product inspection audits and ensures that quality standards are conformed-to per company and customer criteria
• A minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training in quality or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Has a grasp of what quality means – what is a specification, a standard, scrap, non-conforming material, a BOM, proper documentation, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons
• Ability to be a critical and analytical thinker – can review, process, and make decisions based on collected information
• Excellent computer skills required: Microsoft products preferred – Excel, Word, Teams, Sharepoint
• Ability to work with tools: tape measure, calipers, depth gauges, pallet jacks & carts, digital thermometers, etc.
• Willingness and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Have ambition and drive to make things better
• Strong written and verbal communications skills: English or bilingual
• Ability to create documents: SOPs, projects, etc.
• Education / Certifications: High School Diploma and/ or equivalent required
