Like new 2011 Simplicity Prestige 4x4 heavy duty garden tractor. 27hp Kohler engine with only 367 hours. Power steering , hydraulic lift, electric pto , adjustable steering wheel and cruise control. No leaks and everything works as it should . Always kept in the garage on a battery tender . All scheduled maintenance was done and always used AMS small engine oil . Recently replaced all the belts. Comes with a 46 inch mower deck with a full roller in the back for ballpark striping and an extra set of sharp blades, 46 inch single stage snow blower with electric chute rotation and a cable adjustment for pointing the chute up or down so you don’t have to get off the tractor. Snow cab with windshield wiper and a 10 cubic foot dump cart with removable 1/4 sawn white oak side rails and two removable bed dividers. I installed a Great Day Hi-Hitch with a 2 inch ball for moving a utility trailer and boat trailer. The bottom plate has a 1/2 inch hole for the yard cart pin. I also have all the owners manuals and paperwork. I never needed chains that gouge up the driveway with the 4 wheel drive and my driveway has a pretty decent slope to it.
